How my journey began
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Michigan, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Florida, with over fifteen years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and couples.
My work began in foster care, where I learned early on that healing does not start with perfection. It starts with safety, compassion, and genuine human connection. Sitting on the floor with a deck of cards or crayons taught me that people heal when they feel seen, heard, and cared for. That belief has guided my work ever since.
Over the years, I have worked in community mental health, supporting individuals with complex mental health and physical needs, including those who were homebound or had limited access to care. I have also served as an adjunct professor, training future professionals and helping colleges recognize and respond to students in distress. Along the way, I have provided play therapy for children, support for teens, couples counseling, workplace and leadership training, and suicide prevention advocacy.
Today, I offer therapy that is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you understand what you are experiencing, and supporting you as you build meaningful change at your own pace. Telehealth allows me to provide accessible, effective care wherever you are.
I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
